  • SQF 2.8 Allergen Management & BRC 7.1.4 Requirement

    All relevant personnel, including engineers, agency-supplied staff and temporary staff and contractors, shall have received general allergen awareness training and be trained in the site’s allergen-handling procedures.

  • FSMA (21 CFR 117.135(c)(2))

    Food allergen controls are the procedures for ensuring protection of food from allergen cross-contact (preventing the unintentional incorporation of an allergen in a food) — including during storage, handling, and use.
